1. ORDERING

No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can place your order as a
guest user.

However, by creating an account on Cheap Wahid Mall, you can
track your orders, view order history, and checkout faster in the future.

Click on Login / Register at the top of the website and select
Create Account. Fill in your details and submit the form.

1.3 How do I place an order?

Browse the products, select your preferred options (such as color or storage),
add the item to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Review your details and
confirm your order.

1.4 I’m unable to add items to my cart. Why?

Items can be added to your cart as long as they are in stock. Sometimes a product
may be temporarily unavailable if it is already reserved in another customer’s cart.

1.5 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via major Credit and Debit Cards such as
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with other available payment gateways
shown at checkout.

1.6 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

1.7 How do I use a discount or voucher code?

Enter your voucher code in the Coupon / Voucher Code field on the
cart page and click Apply before proceeding to checkout.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends
and public holidays.

Standard Delivery: 4–6 working days
Express Delivery: 2–3 working days
International delivery times may vary depending on the courier partner.

2.3 How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking link.

2.4 What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and package size.
The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

2.5 Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Unfortunately, delivery details cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
